I am a textiles and graphic designer working with a mix of vintage and modern fabrics. I make quirky homewares and gifts that I embellish with details from designs in my sketchbook.
My work is largely illustrative with just the right amount of typography (yes I'm a word nerd). The techniques I have found that suit my style best are free motion embroidery and screen printing (sometimes both). I always enjoyed drawing, painting and making things but am happiest when playing with fabric and printing paint.
My work is hand made and hand sewn by me in my studio in Northamptonshire. Each piece is crafted with great love and attention to detail. Whilst pieces are often replicated, no two will ever be the same and that is what makes each one such a treasure. I endeavour to show my personality through my work and make each piece raise a smile.
